Cancellation & Refund Policy
We pre-allocate kart, marshal and track capacity the moment a booking is confirmed, so once a session is paid for it cannot be refunded. To keep things fair, we offer a generous reschedule window instead. This policy applies to all bookings made for sessions at the Erda's Speedway circuits in Ahmedabad and Vadodara.
01.All sales are final
All bookings — Arrive & Drive sessions, Mini-Prix, Grand-Prix, Super-Prix, custom events, coaching slots and academy fees — are strictly non-refundable once payment is received and a slot is allocated. No refunds will be issued in cash, bank transfer, store credit, or to the original payment instrument.
02.Reschedule (instead of refund)
We understand plans change. You may reschedule a confirmed booking to a different date or time under the following rules:
- More than 24 hours before your slot: free reschedule, subject to slot availability on the requested new date.
- Less than 24 hours before your slot: we cannot guarantee a reschedule. Where capacity allows we will accommodate you; otherwise the booking is forfeit.
- No-show: drivers who do not arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled slot are treated as no-shows. No reschedule, no refund.
Each booking may be rescheduled once. Rescheduled bookings must be redeemed within 60 days of the original slot date.
03.How to request a reschedule
Send a WhatsApp message to +91 90813 22600 or email erdaspeedway@gmail.com quoting your booking ID, the original slot date/time, and your preferred new slot. A reschedule is confirmed only when we reply with a written confirmation — please do not assume the change has been made until you receive it.
04.Cancellations by us
On the rare occasion that we cancel a session for reasons within our control (e.g. equipment failure that cannot be resolved in time), you will be offered, at your choice:
- a free reschedule to a date and time of your preference;
- a credit note for the full amount paid, valid for 180 days; or
- a full refund to the original payment instrument, processed within 7–10 working days.
05.Force majeure & weather closures
If a session is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control — heavy rain, government order, power outage at the facility, public-safety incident, or similar — we will offer either a free reschedule or a credit note valid for 90 days. Force-majeure cancellations are not eligible for a cash refund.
06.Driver-fault disqualifications
Drivers disqualified for unsafe behaviour, ignoring marshal instructions, intoxication, or non-compliance with the safety briefing are not eligible for any refund, reschedule or credit note.
07.Payment gateway charges
In the limited cases where a refund is approved (Section 4 only), payment-gateway charges levied by Razorpay are non-recoverable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
08.Disputes
If you believe a charge has been made in error, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at erdaspeedway@gmail.com. Please do not raise a chargeback with your card issuer until we have had a chance to investigate — chargebacks raised without prior contact may result in suspension of future bookings.
