“Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Erda's Speedway, owned and operated by Nima Kirit Erda, with its registered place of business at Near Mahalaxmi Super Store, C-2 Arunachal Flats, Samta Road, Subhanpura, Vadodara, Gujarat 390023, India.

“You”, “Driver”, “Guest” or “Customer” refers to any person who books, pays for, or participates in a karting session, event, training programme, or other service offered by the Operator.

“Circuit” refers to the karting tracks operated by us in Ahmedabad and Vadodara, including all associated facilities, pit lanes and parking areas.

Drivers must meet the minimum height, age and weight requirements communicated at the time of booking. Drivers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who signs a liability waiver on their behalf.

We reserve the right to refuse service or disqualify any Driver who, in our reasonable assessment, is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance impairing motor skills; who displays unsafe behaviour; or who fails to follow marshal instructions or the briefing protocol.

Sessions may be booked via WhatsApp, telephone, in person at the Circuit, or any digital booking channel we make available. Payment in full is required to confirm a booking, except where a partial deposit has been expressly agreed in writing.

Online payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card details on our servers. Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable, is charged at the prevailing rate and a tax invoice is issued in the name of Erda's Speedway under GSTIN 24AAMPE1595J1ZK.

Every Driver must attend the safety briefing and wear the safety gear we provide (helmet, balaclava, gloves where issued, and closed-toe footwear). Loose clothing, sarees, dupattas, scarves and long unsecured hair are not permitted on the grid. Mobile phones and recording devices may not be operated while driving.

Karting is a motorsport. It carries inherent risks of physical injury. By participating, you acknowledge those risks and confirm you are medically fit to drive. Persons with heart conditions, spinal issues, recent surgery, pregnancy, or other relevant medical conditions must not participate.

Deliberate contact with another kart or with track barriers, ignoring flags, blocking, weaving, or any behaviour considered unsafe by the marshals will result in a black flag and removal from the session without refund. Repeat offenders may be banned from the Circuit.

Karts must not be operated outside the demarcated track at any time. The Operator's decision on safety, race incidents and session timing is final.

Drivers will be liable for the repair or replacement cost of any damage caused to the karts, barriers, signage, timing equipment or other Circuit property where the damage results from reckless driving, ignoring flags, or non-compliance with marshal instructions. Standard fair-wear-and-tear from racing is not chargeable.

All trademarks, logos, photographs, race timing data, video and copy on this website are owned by or licensed to Erda's Speedway. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any of this material without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for the relevant session. The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss, including loss of earnings, opportunity, or data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, fire, power failure, government orders, riots, epidemics, or industrial action. In such cases we will reschedule the affected booking at no additional cost or, at our discretion, issue a credit note valid for 90 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Vadodara, Gujarat.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at www.erdasspeedway.com/terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the site and, where appropriate, communicated by email or WhatsApp to recent customers.
