Shipping & Service Delivery Policy
Erda's Speedway primarily delivers an on-site service — karting sessions at our circuits in Ahmedabad and Vadodara. Nothing physical is shipped to your home or place of business. This policy explains how and when we deliver your booking confirmation, your tax invoice and any digital vouchers; and on what schedule your booked session itself is "delivered".
01.What you receive after paying
The moment your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, our system automatically issues:
- a booking confirmation by WhatsApp / SMS to the phone number on the booking, typically within 5 minutes of payment;
- a GST-compliant tax invoice by email, issued in the trade name Erda's Speedway under GSTIN 24AAMPE1595J1ZK, typically within 15 minutes of payment;
- where the booking is a gift voucher, a digital voucher (PDF with a unique redemption code) by email within 15 minutes of payment.
If you have not received your confirmation within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder and then write to us at erdaspeedway@gmail.com.
02.Service delivery (your session itself)
The booked karting session is delivered on the date and time slot shown on your confirmation, at the circuit named on the booking. You are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before your slot to complete the safety waiver, briefing and gear allocation.
Arriving late reduces the time available for briefing and gear and may reduce your on-track time. Drivers more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
03.No physical shipment
We do not dispatch any physical goods. We therefore do not charge shipping fees, and no courier or logistics partner is involved in fulfilling your booking.
The very limited exceptions are: (a) merchandise sold on-site at the circuit, which is handed over in person; and (b) trophy / memento dispatch for organised championships, where applicable shipping terms are communicated separately at the time of the event.
04.Where we deliver our service
Track A — Ahmedabad: Besides Orchid Harmony, Apple Woods Township South, Sardar Patel Ring Road, Bopal, Ahmedabad 382210.
Track B — Vadodara: Sindhrot Village, S.H. 11, Sevasi–Borsad Road, Vadodara, Gujarat 391330.
Our registered office, used for legal correspondence, is at Near Mahalaxmi Super Store, C-2 Arunachal Flats, Samta Road, Subhanpura, Vadodara, Gujarat 390023, India.
05.Voucher validity
Unless stated otherwise on the voucher itself, gift vouchers are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within that period. Vouchers are non-refundable but transferable; whoever holds the redemption code may use it. Lost vouchers can be re-issued only if you can confirm the original order details.
